Donation and Refund Policy

Accepting donations

Donations are currently accepted by direct bank transfer to the account shown on our Donate page. This website does not process payments and does not confirm transfers automatically.

Use of funds

Donations support our programmes — feeding, ABC sterilisation support, rescue and medical assistance, vaccination and adoption awareness — and reasonable operational costs. We report activity and expenses publicly where records permit. A donation is linked to a specific dog only when our records support that link.

Acknowledgements and tax benefits

After verifying a transfer we can provide an acknowledgement. Tax-deduction receipts can only be issued if a valid approval is in place and listed as verified on our Legal & Compliance page.

Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you made a donation in error (for example, a wrong amount or duplicate transfer), please contact us within 15 days with your transaction reference. Verified errors will be refunded to the originating account.

Foreign contributions

Contributions from foreign sources are regulated under Indian law. Please contact us before transferring from outside India.
