Feeding, preventive care, veterinary-led assistance and community participation form that intended path. Growth depends on funding, qualified partners and operational capacity—not promised dates or guaranteed outcomes.
Future possibilities
Responsible growth, one step at a time
A proposed shelter environment and a future rescue ambulance remain dependent on resources and capacity. Wheels of Hope is a proposed mobility-cart initiative, subject to veterinary suitability and an authorised campaign budget. These are intentions, not completed milestones.
