In an emergency
We are not a 24/7 emergency service. If an animal is in immediate danger or critically injured, please contact the nearest veterinary hospital, your municipal (GHMC) veterinary/animal care helpline, or a local animal welfare organisation with emergency services, right away.
What happens next
- You receive a case reference immediately.
- Requests are reviewed for genuineness, urgency, feasibility and the resources available.
- We may call you to verify details or request photos.
- Submission does not guarantee rescue. Where we cannot help directly, we will try to refer you.
